In 2024, Frank purchased Venture REI, LLC with a clear mission: to build an AI- and tech-focused brokerage that prepares agents for the future of real estate. Venture REI is designed to empower agents with modern tools, automation, and support that help them grow without burnout.
A U.S. military veteran with 11 years of service and three tours in Iraq, Frank leads with discipline, integrity, and a team-first mindset. Outside of real estate, he’s a dedicated husband and father who believes success is best when it’s shared.
